Our gin taps into the deep history and rich diversity of this beautiful natural landscape and celebrates the people who live, love and work in it.
To create Master of the Peak we distill Douglas Fir Pine used in Forager's Blend and crab apples from Hedgerow Harvest. These botanicals are sourced from the farm estate and sites in and around The Peak District. We then blend with fresh, filtered Derbyshire spring water.
The result is an earthy, smooth, juniper rich, London Dry Gin with a freshness from the pine and a delicate fruit finish. Serious flavour and real heritage. Our gin is distilled in a traditional pot still in small batches of just fifty bottles per run.
All bottles are hand finished, hand labelled and hand numbered. We even make the leather neck piece in house, using sustainably sourced local leather.
