Our gin taps into the deep history and rich diversity of this beautiful natural landscape and celebrates the people who live, love and work in it.
We use just a few key botanicals in the distillation including Red Clover, Douglas Fir, Bilberry sourced from the farm estate and sites in and around The Peak District. We then blend with fresh, filtered Derbyshire spring water and infuse with Gorse Flower foraged from the farm grounds.
The result is a smooth, earthy, juniper rich, infused dry gin with serious flavour and real heritage. Our gin is distilled in a traditional pot still in small batches of just fifty bottles per run.
All bottles are hand finished, hand labelled and hand numbered. We even make the leather neck piece in house, using sustainably sourced local leather.
